Join in Sangha Seva's - Mindfulness Service Retreat @ Dharmagiri and Khuphuka

Your Hosts: Kirsten Kratz, Matt York & the Khuphuka Team
This retreat is focused on helping khuphuka Project establish high density
gardens in a small community on the border of Lesotho, about an hours drive
from Dharmagiri. Each day will be framed by meditation, Dharma talks and group
sharing. Your will be joined by youth from Khuphuka during your time at the
Project each day. More details of this retreat will be available soon,
